# Edit many listings at once with Bulk Edit

> Select items, open ⋯ → Bulk Edit, set the fields you want for one marketplace, then run Update to push the changes to the live listings.

Select the items on the Inventory page, click **⋯** at the end of the action bar and choose **Bulk Edit**. Pick the marketplace, set the fields you want to change, and apply. Then run **Update** on the same selection to push the changes to the live listings. Changing quantity in Treecat updates every marketplace the item is listed on automatically.

## Bulk edit listing fields

1. On the Inventory page, select the items. Filters and **Select all** help you pick a whole group.
2. Click **⋯ → Bulk Edit**.
3. Choose the marketplace. Bulk Edit sets fields for one marketplace at a time.
4. Change the fields you want, such as price, category, condition, shipping or weight. Only the fields you change (or mark **Leave blank**) are applied; every other field keeps each item's own value.
5. Apply the changes.
6. With the same items selected, click **Update** and choose the marketplace, to push the changes to the live listings.



Items that are not listed yet simply keep the new values until you list them.

## eBay fields you can bulk edit

For eBay you can also bulk edit store categories, handling fees and promotion settings. Shipping, return and payment policies and store categories belong to one eBay account, so when your selection spans several eBay accounts, Bulk Edit asks which account's options to use. ## What about quantity?

Use **⋯ → Update Quantity** to set a new quantity on many items. Treecat updates the quantity on every marketplace where the item is listed. See [Quantity and multi-quantity items](https://wiki.treecat.io/quantity-and-multi-quantity).

## Other bulk changes

- **Labels:** **⋯ → Add Labels** or **Remove Labels**.

- **eBay promotions:** **⋯ → Apply eBay promotions**.
