Open the item (or select several), click **Autofill**, choose the marketplace to copy **from** and the one to copy **to**, and let Treecat fill in the new listing form. Review the form on that marketplace's tab, especially category, condition, size and shipping, click **Save**, then click **List**. There is no fee for crosslisting itself; you pay only when the item sells.

## Crosslist one item

1. On the Inventory page, open the item.
2. Click **Autofill**. Choose the marketplace to copy **from** (for example eBay) and the marketplace to copy **to** (for example Etsy), then click **Autofill**.
3. Wait while Treecat fills in the new listing form. The AI chooses the category and item specifics, and fills in title, description, price and shipping details.
4. **Review the form** on that marketplace's tab: price, category, condition, size and especially shipping. Marketplaces change their options often. Click **Save**.
5. Click **List** and choose the marketplace. If you have more than one account there, check which account is picked.

> **Important:** Always review AI-filled forms before listing. The AI is accurate on many items but can pick a sub-optimal category or value, and you cannot choose which fields it fills in.

If you have already filled some fields by hand, use **Autofill Redo** to fill only the empty fields without overwriting what you entered.

## Crosslist many items at once

1. Select the items on the Inventory page. Filters help: for example, Status **Not Listed** on the marketplace you are expanding to, plus Quantity > 0.
2. Click **Autofill**, choose **From** and **To**, and set the options (**Exclude images**, **Overwrite existing titles and descriptions**, **Use AI recommendations**).
3. Open the items to review them. You can open items in separate tabs, or use **Compare** on the item page to put two listings side by side.
4. Select the reviewed items and click **List**.

See [Run actions on many items at once](https://wiki.treecat.io/bulk-actions).

## How many items can I list at once?

Treecat has no limit on inventory size or on the number of listings. Large batches simply take time, because Poshmark, Mercari and similar marketplaces must be driven through the agent. For example, 1,000 Mercari listings can take days.

- Start with 50–100 items at a time.
- Keep the agent running and don't let the computer sleep.
- If the agent goes down during a big batch, Treecat resumes when it comes back.

## Can I create a template for my policies and descriptions?

Treecat does not have a separate template feature. Instead:

- Use **Copy** on an existing item that is filled out the way you want, and edit the copy.
- Or load new photos and use **Autofill Redo** for a fresh title and description.
- For eBay, apply your business policies, which Treecat reads from your eBay account. See [eBay auctions, promotions and policies](https://wiki.treecat.io/ebay-listing-features).

## The item won't list. What now?

See [Why won't an item list?](https://wiki.treecat.io/why-wont-an-item-list) for the common causes, such as a missing shipping option or a photo that is too small.
