Click a product's title on the Products page to open its item page. The action bar at the top acts on **this one item only**, and most actions apply to the marketplace tab you are viewing. Your selections on the Products page are ignored here.

## Choose the marketplace

The row of marketplace icons at the top switches which marketplace's form you are viewing. The current one is shown in the colored tab above the form. The status badge (for example "Ready to list"), quantity and sold count appear beside the icons.

On the right are the **Form**, **Events**, **Scheduled**, **Sales** and **Compare** tabs, plus **Preview** and **Save**:

- **Events** is the item's timeline: what Treecat did on each marketplace and why anything failed.
- **Scheduled** shows scheduled relists, listings and repricing for this item.
- **Compare** puts two marketplace listings side by side.

## What does each button do?

| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| **Autofill** | Fills this marketplace's form with AI, using content from another marketplace |
| **Autofill Redo** | Fills empty fields without overwriting existing values |
| **List** | Lists this item on the marketplace you are viewing |
| **Update** | Pushes your changes to this item's live listing |
| **Reprice** | Changes the price now, on a date, or every few days |
| **Delist** | Takes this item's listing down |
| **Import** | Pulls the latest listing data from the marketplace into Treecat |
| **Match** | Finds and links matching listings on other marketplaces |
| **Confirm** | Confirms the available quantity on every live listing |
| **Relist** | Delists, then relists as a fresh listing |
| **Renew** | Etsy only: renews an expired Etsy listing in place (Etsy charges its $0.20 fee) |
| **Archive** / **Unarchive** | Hides the item from your active inventory, or brings it back |
| **Unlink** | Splits the cross-marketplace link for this item |
| **Move** | Moves the listing to another account |
| **Clear** | Clears all fields in the marketplace form on screen (only that form) |
| **Delete** | Permanently deletes this product from Treecat |

Buttons that don't apply to the item's current state are greyed out. For example, Update, Delist and Relist are unavailable for an item that isn't listed on the selected marketplace yet. Hover over any button to see a short description.

> **Important:** Some item-page buttons act immediately, without a confirmation dialog. Save your edits first, and make sure you are on the right marketplace tab before clicking an action.

## Add photos to an existing item

Click the **+** icon under the main picture in the images panel (scroll right if you have many pictures). Save, then click **Update** to push the new photos to the live listing.

## Bulk or item page: which should I use?

- **Use [bulk actions](https://wiki.treecat.io/bulk-actions)** for the same task across many items: crosslisting a batch, relisting stale items, archiving sold-out stock.
- **Use the item page** when working on one item: reviewing its form before listing, matching it to an existing listing, or fixing one listing's problems.

## How do I check on an action?

Actions run in the background:

- The item's **Events** tab shows each step and any error for that item.
- The **Actions** widget in the bottom-right corner of the app shows how many actions are running, next or blocked. Click it to see details by marketplace.
- **Inventory → Execution** has the full history and a health badge (Healthy, Degraded or Unhealthy) for each marketplace.

"Blocked" usually means a marketplace login has expired; [reconnect](https://wiki.treecat.io/reconnect-a-marketplace) that marketplace and the action continues. For what error messages mean, see [Error messages explained](https://wiki.treecat.io/troubleshooting-error-messages).
