Treecat HelpRun actions on many items at once
Select items on Inventory → Products and use the action bar to list, update, delist, import, move, relist, copy or archive them in one go.
On Inventory → Products, tick the checkbox on each product you want, then choose an action from the action bar under the filters. The action applies to every selected item. Most actions open a dialog first so you can choose marketplaces and options, and nothing runs until you click the confirm button in that dialog.
To act on just one item, open it and use its own action bar instead; see Actions on the item page.
Select items
- Go to Inventory → Products.
- Tick the checkbox in the top-left corner of each product card. Use Select all to select every product that matches your current filters.
- The heading shows how many items are selected, and the action bar becomes active.
- Click Clear selected to deselect everything.
Tip: Combine filters with Select all to act on a whole group at once, for example every in-stock item not yet listed on Mercari. See Find items with filters.

To back out of a dialog, click Cancel, the × in the corner, or press Esc.
Autofill
Copies listing content (titles, descriptions and other fields) from one marketplace to others, so you don't retype when crosslisting.
- From: the store to copy content from.
- To: one or more stores to copy to.
- Exclude images (on by default) skips photos.
- Overwrite existing titles and descriptions replaces content already on the destination. Leave it off to keep what's there.
- Use AI recommendations lets Treecat suggest improvements as it fills.

List
Tick one or more stores, then click List. Disconnected marketplaces are greyed out; reconnect them in Settings to use them. If you have more than one account on a marketplace, pick the account in the dialog; it starts on the account selected at the top of the page, or your default account. You can also schedule the listing for a later date; see Scheduled listing and repricing.
Update
Pushes changes you made in Treecat (price, title, description and so on) to listings that are already live. Under each store the dialog shows how many of the selected items are listed there. Items not listed on a chosen store are skipped, and each skipped item gets an error in its Events.
Delist
Takes the selected items down from the marketplaces you choose. The items stay in your Treecat inventory, so you can list them again later.
Import
Pulls listing details from a marketplace back into Treecat for the selected items. Quantity only replaces just the quantity from one marketplace; Include images also imports photos, which is slower. See Import your listings and sales.
Move
Moves listings to another account on the same marketplace. Pick the platform, review where the items are now and choose where they should go. You need at least two signed-in accounts on that marketplace. See Move listings between accounts.
Relist
Takes listings down and puts them back up so they appear fresh in marketplace search. Choose Relist now (once) or Keep relisting on a schedule. The dialog has a section you can expand to review each marketplace's limits. See Delist, relist and Poshmark sharing.
Copy
Creates a duplicate of each selected item. The copies appear at the top of the Products page with "- copy" added to the title, and are not listed on any marketplace yet.
Important: Copy runs as soon as you click it, with no confirmation. If you copy by mistake, delete the "- copy" items.
Archive
Opens a short confirmation. Archived items get the Archived label, their quantity is set to 0, and they are hidden from the Products page by default. Leave the delist option ticked to take live listings down first. See Archive or delete items.
More actions (⋯)
- Add Labels / Remove Labels: tag or untag the selected items.
- Update Quantity: set a new quantity.
- Confirm Quantity: push the Treecat quantity to every live listing.
- Bulk Edit: change fields across many items at once. See Edit many listings at once.
- Reprice: change prices now, on a date, or on a repeating schedule.
- Apply eBay promotions: add the items to eBay promotions.
- Unmatch: remove the link between the items and their marketplace listings.
- Delete: remove the items from Treecat.
How do I check on actions?
Actions run in the background. The Actions widget in the bottom-right corner shows how many are running, next or blocked; click it for details. Inventory → Execution has the full history. "Blocked" usually means a marketplace login has expired; reconnect that marketplace to continue.
