Sales and automatic delisting
Export sales and check that delists happened
Export inventory and sales to CSV, see every delist Treecat ran in Settings → Events and Execution, and check sync health day to day.
Use Export on the Inventory or Sales page to download a CSV of what you have filtered. To see what Treecat did, open Settings → Events (every action with status, marketplace and message), the Execution page (jobs such as Delist Product, with success rate), or an item's Events timeline.
Export to CSV
- Open Inventory or Sales and filter to what you need, for example last month's sales.
- Click Export. Treecat downloads inventory-export-DATE.csv or sales-export-DATE.csv.
- Share the file with your assistant or accountant.
Check that delists happened after a sale
- Settings → Events: a table of every action, with status, marketplace, event, message, product and listing ID. Filter by marketplace, status or event type, and switch between grid and table view.
- Inventory → Execution: jobs today, success rate, failures, new sales found, and each Delist Product job. Each marketplace has a health badge: Healthy, Degraded or Unhealthy.
- Item Events timeline: open an item to see when it sold and when each marketplace listing was delisted.
- Sales page: each sale shows a success or failure marker for each marketplace, and its quantity sync status.
- Analytics: sales trends across all your marketplaces.
A quick daily check
- Check the agent shows online.
- Look for any Reconnect banner and reconnect that marketplace.
- Scan Execution for failures, and open any failed delist.
- For high-value items that sold, confirm the other listings show delisted.
If a sold item is still live somewhere, see An item sold but is still listed.
Frequently asked questions
Can I export my inventory?
Yes. Inventory and Sales both have an Export button that downloads a CSV of the current filter.
Can I import a CSV back into Treecat?
No. Treecat imports from the marketplaces you connect, not from spreadsheets. See Import your listings and sales.
